Great source for amino’s. I use some with my pre workout for endurance and some after with vitamin powders ( b12 and niacin) for recovery. I have used for two years and love the stuff.

Have been taking this every day after my work outs. Have definitely helped me out in my recovery process. Knowing that Aminos are the building blocks of muscle growth this product is the best!

This product is great compared to other products. It is tasty and refreshing. It is nice before a workout. I would buy it again and definitely recommend it.

I didn't notice any big difference while drinking it. I'm sure it helped, since I never felt dehydrated. Mixes well and taste pretty good.

I incorporated this product to help me improve on building endurance for my runs because I am have trying to improve my run time. It helped me significantly in being able to push myself to increase my run time and be able to recover so that I could push myself even further the following day. I enjoyed the taste and I tend to favor fruit punch flavor profiles and it was tasty without tasting too artificial. I love how quickly I felt it kick in and how it maintained me in that zone. I definitely recommend this product!

Was not a big fan of this. Was a bit chalky when mixed and too artificial tasting. I prefer something a bit less offensive in taste. I liked the fact that it had some vitamin D though.
